Hart Council has now given planning permission for 85 houses to be built at Clark’s Farm [The site of the old mushroom farm]. The houses will replace the previous permission for a waste processing facility that was to be built on the site. There will be public access to the land behind the old mushroom farm with a riverside walk and access to  allotments.
